Greetings! I am very excited to share this recipe with you. My Sweet Pumpkin Spice Sauce is incredibly quick and easy to make, and can be used for SO many different things. I love using it as a mix and/or topping for coffee and espresso beverages that rival Starbucks at a fraction of the cost. Drizzle on pancakes, french toast and vanilla ice cream, etc. Use your imagination and bring a bit of autumn joy to some of your favorite foods.
- 6 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Step 1: Measure all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and use a hand held electric mixer to combine. Mix on medium speed for 2-3 minutes. If you don’t have an electric mixer you can use a wisk (this just requires more manual labor).
Step 2: Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week and use as a topping for all kinds of treats. I like to store my sauce in a squeeze bottle which makes it really easy and convenient to add to whatever foods you want.
